Senior Attorney

Zena Dubas is a Senior Attorney with The Law Firm of William G. Sayegh, PC. Zena has a concentration in her law practice on residential and commercial real estate, including purchase and sale agreements, institutional lender representation, leases, and due diligence reviews of titles. Zena regularly represents the firm’s individual, corporate, and institutional clients in real estate transactions as purchasers, sellers, and lenders. Zena prepares and negotiates contracts, riders, and addendums and provides intense personal attention to each of her clients throughout the entire transaction process. Zena is also experienced in and zealously represents the firm’s clients in civil litigation, matrimonial litigation, Family Court proceedings, and criminal defense.

Zena earned her B.S. degree from the College of St. Rose in Albany, New York (Cum Laude) and earned her Juris Doctorate from the Pace University School of Law. Zena is admitted and actively practices in the State of New York and the State of Connecticut.

As a senior attorney with the firm, Zena is prepared to render services to the firm’s clients throughout the firm’s practice areas. Zena is a member of the New York State Bar Association, the Connecticut State Bar Association, and the Women’s Westchester Bar Association.
