Senior Attorney

Tracy Christen Reimann has been admitted to practice in the State of New York since 1988. Ms. Reimann’s practice at the firm is directed toward estate planning, business succession planning, elder care planning, estate administration, and guardianship proceedings, including the litigation of related matters. She is skilled in the drafting, structuring, and funding of a wide range of estate planning vehicles, such as qualified personal residence trusts, life insurance trusts, limited liability companies, family limited partnership agreements, irrevocable income-only trusts, and revocable trusts. Ms. Reimann drafts wills, health care proxies, living wills, and durable powers of attorney and formulates Medicaid/asset preservation plans. Ms. Reiman regularly appears for clients in the Surrogates Courts and the Guardianship Courts for the State of New York. Ms. Reimann is admitted to practice in the District of Columbia, the State of New York, and the State of New Jersey. She is an Adjunct Professor of Law at New York Law School and has lectured to professional groups on her areas of practice. She earned her B.A. degree, summa cum laude, from Long Island University, her J.D. degree from Brooklyn Law School, and her LL.M. degree, in taxation, from the New York University School of Law. Ms. Reimann is a member of numerous professional and civic organizations.
