William G. Sayegh
William G. Sayegh, the founder of the firm, has strong ties to the Hudson Valley region and is very benevolent to many local organizations. A former Bronx County Prosecutor, he is an experienced trial lawyer who began his career by successfully prosecuting and defending criminal cases involving murder, arson, rape, sale of controlled substances, and RICO, and is skilled in direct and cross-examination of FBI agents, forensics experts, pathologists, doctors, lawyers, police, military officers and servicemen, and experts in blood spattering, fingerprinting and DNA.
Robert A. Weis
Robert A. Weis has concentrated in the practice of negligence and insurance law, both at the trial and appellate levels, in State and Federal Courts for over twenty years. In addition to commercial claims, he has extensive experience in the litigation of personal injury claims, professional malpractice claims, medical malpractice claims and related common law and statutory claims. He has served many of the largest casualty insurance companies, in addition to many of the larger self-insurers, as trial and appellate counsel.
Brian M. Rudner
Brian M. Rudner’s practice is concentrated in the areas of Family Law, Criminal Defense, Litigation, Employment Law, and Liquor Licensing. Mr. Rudner is admitted to practice law in New York, Connecticut, Pennsylvania, as well as the United States District Court for the Southern and Western Districts of New York. In addition to his position in the firm, Mr. Rudner is also an elected Town Justice in the Town of East Fishkill in Dutchess County.

Amy L. Covais
Amy L. Covais earned her Juris Doctor degree at Pace Law School and was admitted to practice law in New York State in 2012. She is a member of the Putnam County Bar Association and New York State Bar Association. Ms. Covais’ practice areas include civil litigation, personal injury, medical malpractice, immigration law, criminal defense and real estate transactions.

Zena M. Dubas received her Juris Doctorate degree from the Pace University School of Law. She is admitted to practice in the State of New York and the State of Connecticut. Zena’s practice areas include civil litigation, real estate transactions including institutional lender representation and the representation of individual clients in the purchase and sale of residential real estate, matrimonial litigation, Family Court proceedings and criminal defense.
Mary E. Tokarz
Mary E. Tokarz received her Juris Doctorate degree from the Pace University School of Law and has been admitted to practice law in the State of New York since 1991. Mary regularly represents a number of well respected institutional lenders and individuals in residential real estate transactions having devoted her career to real estate transactions including institutional lender representation and the representation of individual clients in the purchase and sale of residential real estate in conventional and complex scenarios.
Joseph S. Sayegh
Joseph S. Sayegh practices primarily in the areas of transactional Real Estate Law, including residential and commercial real estate closings; residential and commercial mortgage loan closings for various mortgage bankers, mortgage brokers and private lenders; business formation, business purchase and sale transactions, including creditor negotiation and settlement in connection with real estate transactions, and mortgage modification.
S. Barrett Hickman - In Memoriam (October 3, 1929 - November 16, 2007)
S. Barrett Hickman was a former Justice of the Supreme Court of the State of New York and at the time of his death was of counsel to this Firm. He possessed a substantial and distinguished record of service to the community. A graduate of Hamilton College, he served in the United States Air Force during the Korean War and thereafter graduated from Cornell University Law School.
